Con el incremento del coste de la energía eléctrica y cambio de normativa planteado por el Real Decreto 244/2019, el autoconsumo de energía se ha vuelto una opción interesante, ya que permite reducir el impacto medioambiental y el coste de la factura eléctrica de una vivienda unifamiliar.
Por ese motivo, el objetivo de este proyecto es dimensionar una instalación fotovoltaica para autoconsumo de una vivienda, ajustándose a la normativa aplicable, realizando todos los cálculos necesarios y definiendo todos los elementos de la instalación. Se realizará un presupuesto detallado de la inversión inicial y se analizará la viabilidad del proyecto, mediante el cálculo del periodo de amortización de inversión. Se definirán los pasos de la ejecución de la instalación, así como el mantenimiento que debe llevarse a cabo, y las posibles ayudas o subvenciones contempladas por la normativa vigente que pueden solicitarse.
