Proyecto de instalación eléctrica en baja tensión para 36 viviendas, garajes y servicios generales

Abstract

El presente Proyecto tiene como propósito definir de manera técnica y dimensional las instalaciones de baja tensión para tres edificios de doce viviendas cada uno, un garaje comunitario a estos tres bloques y a otros tres que no son objeto de este Proyecto, y los servicios generales de cada uno de los tres edificios. El objetivo es asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas correspondientes a cada parte de la instalación y, de esta manera, poder justificar ante las autoridades competentes las características de la instalación. El estudio abarca desde las cajas generales de protección de cada bloque hasta los circuitos receptores. El Proyecto está dividido en seis partes. La primera es la memoria, donde se describen las distintas partes que conforman la instalación. La segunda comprende los cálculos justificativos, donde se muestran las fórmulas utilizadas para realizar estos cálculos, se estiman las potencias correspondientes a cada bloque según los circuitos instalados en cada uno y se calculan las secciones de las líneas en función de la caída de tensión y de la corriente. La tercera parte está formada por los planos de la instalación, donde se muestra la ubicación de los elementos que la forman y los esquemas unifilares de cada una de las instalaciones. La cuarta parte es el pliego de condiciones, donde se definen las condiciones técnicas generales, técnicas particulares, facultativas, económicas y legales del Proyecto. La quinta parte es el estudio básico de seguridad y salud, que establece las disposiciones mínimas de seguridad y salud en las obras de construcción para que se den las condiciones más adecuadas para salvaguardar la salud y la integridad física de los trabajadores involucrados. Por último, la sexta parte es el presupuesto, donde se enumeran y describen todas las partidas que conforman la instalación de baja tensión, especificando las unidades y precios de cada una de ellas.

The purpose of this Project is to technically and dimensionally define the low voltage installations for three buildings of twelve dwellings each one, a communal garage for these three blocks and three others that are not the object of this Project, and the general services of each one of the three buildings. The objective is to ensure compliance with the regulations corresponding to each part of the installation and, in this way, to be able to justify the characteristics of the installation to the competent authorities. The study covers from the general protection boxes of each block to the receiving circuits. The project is divided into six parts. The first is the report, which describes the different parts that make up the installation. The second part includes the supporting calculations,which show the formulas used to make these calculations, the power corresponding to each block which is estimated according to the circuits installed in each one and the line sections that are calculated according to the voltage drop and current. The third part consists of the installation drawings, which show the location of the elements that make up the installation and the single-line diagrams of each one of the installations. The fourth part talk about the specifications, where the general technical, particular technical, facultative, economic and legal conditions of the Project are defined. The fifth part is the health and safety basic study, which establishes the minimum health and safety provisions for the construction works so that the most appropriate conditions are in place to safeguard the health and physical integrity of the workers involved. Finally, the sixth part is the budget, which lists and describes all the items that make up the low voltage installation, specifying the units and prices of each one of them.
