Incoterms y cargas de proyecto

Abstract

RESUMEN: Durante la realización de mis prácticas curriculares, en la empresa Polaris Survey, he trabajado en varias cargas de proyecto, en las cuales he podido ver y realizar la planificación de las distintas cargas, así como, la realización y el desarrollo de las operativas. A lo largo de este período, he podido observar que, en las reglas incoterms empleadas para los cierres de los contratos, se han dado casos en los que no se delimitan correctamente varias partes que son importantes a la hora de transportar y asegurar la mercancía. En este trabajo detallaré las cargas de proyecto, estudiaremos los incoterms del 2020 y analizaremos las partes que no están delimitadas dentro de los Incoterms más utilizados e intentaré proponer una solución a dicha problemática.

ABSTRACT: During my internship at Polaris Survey, I have worked on several project cargoes, in which I have been able to see and carry out the planning of the different cargoes, as well as the realization and development of the operations. Throughout this period, I have been able to observe that, in the incoterms rules used for the closing of the contracts, there have been cases in which several parts that are important at the time of transporting and insuring the goods are not correctly delimited. In this paper I will detail the project cargoes, study the 2020 Incoterms and analyze the parts that are not delimited within the most used Incoterms and try to propose a solution to this problem.
