Auditoría energética de un edificio terciario

Abstract

El trabajo de fin de grado trata sobre una auditoría energética aplicada en un edificio del sector educativo, concretamente en el edificio de electricidad y electrónica del Centro de Formación Profesional Número Uno. Primeramente, se detalla toda la parte teórica que incluye la descripción de las auditorías señalando las fases, el proceso, los materiales necesarios y las competencias de los auditores, la normativa concerniente más relevante y la metodología a seguir. Posteriormente, se lleva a la práctica y se realiza una descripción, apoyada gráficamente por fotografías tomadas en las múltiples visitas, del edificio y del estado de sus instalaciones básicas como son la de electricidad, la de climatización y la de producción de agua caliente sanitaria. Seguidamente, se efectúa una contabilidad energética de los suministros tanto de electricidad como de gas natural, analizando una serie de facturas proporcionadas por el personal del centro educativo para estudiar, determinar y representar el consumo energético y calcular el gasto asociado. Finalmente, se proponen algunas medidas de mejora de bajo coste y fácil ejecución, recomendando varias opciones para cada una. Por una parte, están encaminadas a reducir el consumo energético, sin afectar al confort de los ocupantes y con su consiguiente disminución del impacto ambiental, y a generar un ahorro económico. Por otra parte, surgen de la necesidad inherente de recopilar información acerca de los parámetros ambientales tanto internos como externos que permitan en la siguiente revisión acrecentar el grado de la auditoría.

The final degree project deals with an energy audit applied to a building in the educational sector, specifically in the electricity and electronics building of the Centro de Formación Profesional Número Uno. Firstly, all the theoretical part is detailed, including the description of the audits, pointing out the phases, the process, the necessary materials and the competences of the auditors, the most relevant regulations, and the methodology to be followed. This is followed by a description of the building and the state of its basic installations, such as electricity, air conditioning and domestic hot water production, supported graphically by photographs taken during multiple visits. Next, energy accounting is carried out for both electricity and natural gas supplies, analysing a series of invoices provided by the school staff in order to study, determine and represent energy consumption and calculate the associated expenditure. Finally, some low-cost and easy-to-implement improvement measures are proposed, recommending several options for each. On the one hand, they are aimed at reducing energy consumption, without affecting the comfort of the occupants and with a consequent reduction in environmental impact, and at generating economic savings. On the other hand, they arise from the inherent need to collect information about both internal and external environmental parameters that will allow the next review to increase the level of the audit.
