Aplicaciones de la visión artificial en la industria

Abstract

Los sistemas de visión permiten realizar tareas que aportan mejoras a los procesos productivos. Los sistemas de visión artificial adquieren información del entorno para posteriormente digitalizarla y que pueda ser tratada por una máquina. El objetivo de este trabajo es profundizar en el funcionamiento de la visión artificial en varias de sus formas, abordando conceptos como el aprendizaje automático y el aprendizaje profundo, entre otros, y en cómo se aplica en la industria. Además, se estudia el abanico de oportunidades que abre esta tecnología dentro del ámbito industrial, centrándose en diversas aplicaciones como el control de calidad y seguridad en el trabajo. Por último, se desarrollarán algunas de las aplicaciones con ayuda del software de código abierto OpenCV, utilizando el lenguaje de programación Python.

Vision systems make it possible to carry out tasks that improve production processes. Artificial vision systems acquire information from the environment and then digitise it so that it can be processed by a machine. The aim of this project is to delve into the functioning of artificial vision in several of its forms, addressing concepts such as automatic learning and deep learning, among others, and how it is applied in the industry. In addition, the range of opportunities that this technology opens up in the industrial field will be studied, focusing on the various applications to quality control and safety in the workplace. Finally, some of the applications will be developed with the help of the open source software OpenCV, using Python language.
