Análisis de un sistema de control de calidad del Sistema de Planificación de Tratamientos del Servicio de Oncología Radioterápica del HUMV

Abstract

RESUMEN: En este proyecto se ha llevado a cabo el análisis de un sistema de control de calidad del Sistema de Planificación de Tratamientos (TPS por sus siglas en inglés Treatment Planning Systems) del Servicio de Oncología Radioterápica del HUMV mediante el estudio del software DOSE CHECK de SUN NUCLEAR. Se han buscado diferentes alternativas para la extracción de los datos disponibles y se ha llevado a cabo un análisis de la comparación entre los dos planificadores dosimétricos para la selección del plan de tratamiento óptimo y buscar en que planes pueden darse peores resultados.

ABSTRACT: In this project, the analysis of a quality control system of the Treatment Plan ning Systems (TPS) of the HUMV Radiation Oncology Service has been carried out by studying the DOSE CHECK software from SUN NUCLEAR. Different alternatives have been sought for the extraction of the available data and an analysis of the com parison between the two dosimetric planners has been carried out for the selection of the optimal treatment plan and to search for which plans may give worse results.
