Proyecto técnico de homologación de Mitsubishi Montero (reformas de importancia)

Abstract

RESUMEN: En este Trabajo de Fin de Grado se realiza el proyecto técnico de homologación de un Mitsubishi Montero (Reformas de Importancia) con el fin de introducir todas las modificaciones realizadas sobre dicho vehículo en la ficha técnica del vehículo, de manera que cumpla con la normativa vigente. Este proyecto sigue el índice establecido por el Manual de Reformas de Vehículos, con lo que se trata desde aspectos de normativa, características del vehículo antes y después de las reformas, características de los elementos modificados, hasta cálculos justificativos y planos. En los cálculos justificativos se utilizan los programas Nastran-Patran para realizar análisis tensionales de varios de los elementos modificados, analizando con ello tensiones y deformaciones que sufren.

ABSTRACT: In this Final Degree Project, the technical approval project of a Mitsubishi Montero (Important Reforms) is carried out in order to introduce all the modifications made to said vehicle in the vehicle's technical sheet, so that it complies with current regulations. This project follows the index established by the Manual of Vehicle Reforms, which deals with aspects of regulations, characteristics of the vehicle before and after the reforms, characteristics of the modified elements, up to justifying calculations and plans. In the supporting calculations, the Nastran-Patran programs are used to carry out stress analyzes of several of the modified elements, thereby analyzing the stresses and deformations they suffer.
