Abstract

RESUMEN: El artículo, a partir del análisis transversal de diferentes versiones y adaptaciones del Lazarillo, reflexiona -fundamentalmente por sus implicaciones docentes y didácticas- acerca del tratamiento simplificado y adulterado que del prólogo de la obra se ha hecho por lo general, lo que ha supuesto una errónea interpretación de un texto cuyas coordenadas de lectura descansan fundamentalmente en estas líneas iniciales, sin las cuales la novela es vista tan solo como un folklórico relato de aventuras.

ABSTRACT: This article, by analising different versions and adaptations of Lazarillo de Tormes from a transversal point of view, reflects -owing mainly to its teaching and didactic implications- on the generally simplified and adultered treatment of this novel´s prologue. As a result of this, a wrong interpretation of Lazarillo is frequent, since the reading keys basically rely on these initial lines, without which the novel is just seen as a folkloric adventures story.
