Sistema web para la gestión de alquileres vacacionales

Abstract

RESUMEN: En el mercado de los alquileres vacacionales existen numerosas plataformas que publicitan alojamientos y hoteles donde hospedarse, cada una con sus particularidades a la hora de efectuar y gestionar las reservas. De esta forma para obtener unos ingresos en un alojamiento es necesario estar pendiente de diferentes plataformas para llevar al día la gestión de estos. Para solucionar este problema durante este proyecto se propone un sistema web en el que puedas incluir las reservas de todos los clientes además de una nueva plataforma de publicidad de los alojamientos que se unan al sistema. Este sistema permite a los propietarios saber en todo momento cuando va a ser la próxima visita que van a recibir, llevar un control de gastos e ingresos y obtener diferentes documentos administrativos necesarios para llevar la gestión de dicho alojamiento. Por otro lado, el sistema web no solo es una herramienta para los propietarios, sino que también permite a los huéspedes realizar reservas en la propia página como en otros sistemas y quedando ya registrada. Por último, existe una vista administrativa del sistema que gestiona las posibles reclamaciones o consultas que puedan tener los usuarios a la hora de utilizar el sistema.

ABSTRACT: In the vacation rental market, there are numerous platforms that advertise accommodation and hotels to stay in, each one with its particularities when making and managing reservations. In this way, to obtain income from accommodation, it is necessary to be aware of different platforms to keep their management up to date. To solve this problem during this project, a web system is proposed in which you can include the reservations of all clients as well as a new advertising platform for the accommodations that join the system. This system allows owners to always know when the next visit they are going to receive will be, keep track of expenses and income and obtain different administrative documents necessary to manage said accommodation. On the other hand, the web system is not only a tool for the owners, but also allows guests to make reservations on the page itself as in other systems and being already registered. Lastly, there is an administrative view of the system that manages possible claims or queries those users may have when using the system.
