Análisis económico financiero de la producción y distribución de energía eléctrica en Cantabria

Abstract

RESUMEN: Este trabajo es un análisis económico financiero del sector de generación y distribución eléctrico en Cantabria. Con el propósito de entender mejor el funcionamiento y los recovecos del sector eléctrico en España y Cantabria haremos una explicación del mercado eléctrico y sus distintas etapas: producción, transporte, distribución y comercialización. Tras esto, y mediante el uso de los datos proporcionados por la base de datos del SABI realizaremos una serie de ratios y pruebas de las empresas del sector en Cantabria, con el fin de dar una imagen fiel y fiable de la situación del sector y su evolución en los últimos años. Por último y con el uso de ambos apartados anteriores se realizarán las conclusiones y comentarios de la situación sectorial en Cantabria y se ofrecerán alternativas para la mejora de ésta.

ABSTRACT: This report is an economical and financial analysis of the electrical generation and distribution sector business in Cantabria, Spain. With the purpose of a better understanding of the ins and outs of the sector in Spain and Cantabria we will firstly lay out an explanation and overview of the electrical market and the steps needed in its commercialisation: production, transport, distribution and commercialisation. Afterwards and through the use of the data provided by the data base SABI we will elaborate a series of ratios and tests on the business of the sector in Cantabria throughout the last years in a representative manner. Finally, with the use of the information provided before we will draw conclusions to asses the situation of the sector in Cantabria and alternatives will be provided to the improvement of the sector.
