Programación de los movimientos de una célula de soldadura robotizada

Abstract

RESUMEN: Programación y simulación de una célula de fabricación robotizada con RobotStudio. El objeto de este trabajo es automatizar a través de dos robots un proceso industrial tan típico como la soldadura. En esta célula robotizada, llegarán dos piezas: una base y un cilindro que serán manipuladas por un robot y soldadas por otro. Para simular dicha célula de fabricación flexible se crearán componentes inteligentes necesarios. También se realizará una revisión bibliográfica de los tipos de unión soldadas, los tipos de robot y la normativa vigente.

ABSTRACT: Programming and simulation of a robotic manufacturing cell with RobotStudio The purpose of this work is to automate through two robots an industrial process as typical as welding. In this robotic cell, two parts will arrive: a base and a cylinder that will be manipulated by a robot and welded by another one. To simulate such a flexible manufacturing cell, the necessary intelligent components will be created. A literature review of the types of welded joints, the types of robots and the current regulations will also be carried out.
