Albergue Estella

Abstract

RESUMEN: Aún en el presente las personas siguen teniendo en mente la idea sobre que un albergue es un alojamiento turístico para las personas que solo se pueden permitir el low cost, que son sitios de tránsito (1 día máx.), y que las infraestructuras e instalaciones de los mismos son de muy baja calidad, teniendo una oferta pobre en todos los aspectos. Este proyecto tiene la idea de la creación de una empresa turística, en este caso, un albergue en el municipio de Estella (Navarra, España). Y a su vez destruir los tópicos anteriormente nombrados sobre este tipo de establecimientos. Formando una empresa de cero, con objetivos a corto y a largo plazo, que mantenga la esencia de los albergues y a su vez darle un aire fresco y nuevo desde la infraestructura e instalación hasta la atención personal.

ABSTRACT: Even today people still have in mind the idea that a hostel is a tourist accommodation for people who can only afford the low cost, that they are transit sites (1 day max.), and that the infrastructure and facilities are of very low quality, having a poor offer in all aspects. This project has the idea of creating a tourist enterprise, in this case, a hostel in the municipality of Viana (Navarra, Spain). And at the same time to destroy the topics previously mentioned about this type of establishments. Forming a company from scratch, with short and long term objectives, that maintains the essence of the hostels and at the same time gives it a fresh and new look, from the infrastructure and facilities to the personal attention.
