Análisis y mejora de los procesos clave y de apoyo de Meyremo S.A.

Abstract

RESUMEN: Debido a la globalización, al continuo avance, crecimiento y aumento del número de empresas, y al constante cambio del entorno, es cada vez más necesario actualizar y mejorar procesos para poder seguir compitiendo en el mercado. Por ello, el principal objetivo del informe será analizar el funcionamiento actual de los procesos clave y de apoyo de la empresa Meyremo S.A., detectar los posibles problemas que presenten y proponer soluciones. Para analizar el funcionamiento general de la empresa, se ha comenzado planteando un mapa de procesos, que ayuda a entender mejor la actividad de la empresa. Con la ayuda del flujograma se han identificado aquellas áreas que presentan problemas o ineficiencias. Los problemas detectados se basan en la gestión de almacén e inventarios, gestión de productos terminados y etiquetado, y estructura de la nave de calderería. Con cada problema detectado se han propuesto distintas soluciones. Para la gestión del almacén se ha diseñado una nueva estructura y organización. Se ha propuesto un sistema de inventarios digital para mejorar la gestión del almacén y compras a proveedores. Se han modificado los lugares de almacenamiento de productos terminados para evitar problemas de calidad y un sistema de etiquetado para evitar errores en el envío de los productos. Al haber una mala estructura de la nave de calderería, se ha rediseñado la nave, identificando secciones y facilitando así el movimiento del producto durante su producción. Con el estudio y análisis de todas estas medidas, se ha llegado a la conclusión de que, con una pequeña inversión en dinero y tiempo, se pueden lograr beneficios a corto y medio plazo que ayuden a la empresa en su actividad diaria.

ABSTRACT: Due to globalisation, the continuous progress, growth and increase in the number of companies, and the constant change of the environment, it is more and more necessary to update and improve processes to be able to continue competing in the market. Therefore, the main objective of the report will be to analyse the current functioning of the key and support processes of the company Meyremo S.A., to detect possible problems and to propose solutions. In order to analyse the general functioning of the company, a process map has been drawn up, which helps to better understand the company's activity. With the help of the flow chart, those areas that present problems or inefficiencies have been identified. The problems detected are based on warehouse and inventory management, finished product management and labelling, and the structure of the boilermaking hall. Different solutions have been proposed for each problem detected. For warehouse management, a new structure and organisation has been designed. A digital inventory system has been proposed to improve the management of the warehouse and purchases from suppliers. The storage areas for finished products have been modified to avoid quality problems and a labelling system to avoid errors in the shipment of products. Due to the poor structure of the boilermaking hall, the hall has been redesigned, identifying sections and thus facilitating the movement of the product during production. With the study and analysis of all these measures, it has been concluded that with a small investment in money and time, short and medium-term benefits can be achieved that will help the company in its daily activity.
