Análisis estratégico Inditex

Abstract

A lo largo de esta exposición se realiza el análisis estratégico de Inditex, uno de los grupos de distribución más potente en el sector textil. Entre lo más destacado, se examinan las decisiones estratégicas tomadas, además de todos los recursos, capacidades y actividades que la han permitido situarse en una privilegiada posición en el mercado, y su relación con su entorno. Ello conlleva estudiar el modelo de negocio de Inditex desde un punto de vista de orientación futura, y desde su ámbito interno y externo. Entre las herramientas de análisis utilizadas se encuentran: el modelo de Abell, el perfil estratégico interno respecto a H&M, la cadena de valor, el análisis Pestel, el modelo de Porter, y las matrices DAFO y BCG que culminan el diagnostico estratégico.

Throughout this exhibition, the strategic analysis of Inditex, one of the most powerful distribution groups in the textile sector, is carried out. Among the highlight, it´s examinated the strategic decisions taken, also of all the resources, capacities and activities that have permitted stand in a privileged position in the market, and its relationship with his environment. This means studying the future direction of Inditex and carrying out an internal and external analysis. The analysis tools that are used we find: the Abell model, the internal strategic profile respect H&M, the value chain, the Pestel analysis, the Porter model, and the DAFO and BCG arrays that culminate the strategic diagnostic.
