Acercamiento al concepto de innovation hubs y su desarrollo en el ámbito educativo en Cantabria

Abstract

RESUMEN: Este trabajo de fin de grado titulado “Acercamiento al concepto de innovation hubs y su desarrollo en el ámbito educativo en Cantabria” trata de ser un acercamiento al concepto de “innovation hubs”. En la actualidad, en una sociedad tan cambiante y compleja, existe la necesidad de mejorar el perfil innovador continuamente, para ello es primordial seguir profundizando en técnicas de innovación, creatividad, aprender a desarrollar ideas nuevas, promover el aprendizaje, facilitar el acceso a una gran red de contactos, etc. El objetivo de este proyecto es realizar un acercamiento al concepto realizando, en primer lugar, una revisión del concepto “innovation hubs”, junto con sus características y ejemplificaciones en España. En segundo lugar, se analizarán las actuaciones que se están llevando a cabo dentro de la Innovación Digital en el ámbito educativo de Cantabria al amparo de las líneas prioritarias establecidas por la Unión Europea. A través de la metodología cuantitativa, se ha realizado una revisión del concepto en buscadores para lograr un mayor acercamiento al término. Por otro lado, la metodología cualitativa que se ha utilizado ha sido una entrevista a la Directora General de Innovación e Inspección Educativa de la Consejería de Educación y Formación Profesional del Gobierno de Cantabria, con el fin de conocer de forma más amplia el proyecto vinculado a las “innovation hub”. Al analizar el término “innovation hub” dentro de la práctica de educación, se ha puesto en evidencia que, en primer lugar, no existe un estudio sistemático sobre el concepto. En segundo lugar, nos encontramos con que es un campo para seguir profundizando y, por último, podemos afirmar que, a priori, el proyecto de transformación digital cumple las características propias del concepto “innovation hub”. A modo de conclusión, se observa la necesidad de seguir profundizando sobre el concepto, las características, los elementos y las praxis vinculados a “innovation hubs”.

ABSTRACT: This final degree thesis entitled “Approach to the concept of innovation hubs and their development in the educational field in Cantabria” tries to be an approach to the concept of “innovation hubs”. Nowadays, in such a changing and complex society, there is a need to continuously improve the innovative profile, for this it´s essential to continue deepening into innovation techniques, creativity, development of new ideas, promoting, facilitating access to a large network of contacts… The objective of this project is … In the first place, a review of the “innovation hubs” concept will be made in different search engines, together with its characteristics and examples in Spain. Secondly, the actions that are being carried out within the Digital Innovation in the educational field of Cantabria will be analyzed under the priority lines established by the European Union. Through the quantitative methodology, a review of the concept has been carried out in different search engines to achieve a closer approach to the term. On the other hand, the qualitative methodology that has been used has been an interview with the Director General of Innovation in order to learn more about the project linked to the “innovation hub”. When analyzing the term “innovation hub” within the education field, it has been shown that, firstly, there is no systematic study of the concept, secondly, we find that it is a field to continue deepening and, lastly, we can affirm that initially the digital transformation project meets the characteristics of the “innovation hub” concept. In conclusion, the need to continue deepening into the concept, characteristics, elements and praxis linked to “innovation hubs” is observed.
