La presencia de terroristas italianos y argentinos en la Transición española y la participación en el terrorismo de estado y el terrorismo de la extrema derecha

Abstract

RESUMEN La participación de terroristas italianos y argentinos en España es un tema poco investigado (más tratado en el ámbito periodístico que histórico), a ello ha contribuido la reticencia por parte de la judicatura española en las extradiciones, a la par que el papel del gobierno de Suárez y el ministro Martín Villa propiciando la amnistía de 1977 por la que no se investigaron delitos en los cuales la participación neofascista estaba en seria duda, aun así, se ha conseguido gracias a las investigaciones encontrar atentados en los que italianos y argentinos participaron de un modo directo.

ABSTRACT The participation of Italian and Argentine terrorists in Spain is a subject little investigated (more treated in the journalistic field than historical) the reluctance of the Spanish judiciary in extraditions has contributed to this, along with the role of the Suarez government and Minister Martín Villa favoring the 1977 amnesty for which crimes in which neo-fascist participation was in serious doubt were not investigated, even so, thanks to the investigations, it has been possible to find attacks in which Italians and Argentines participated directly .
