ICO y bancos nacionales, políticas de financiación y proyección hacia el futuro

Abstract

RESUMEN: En este trabajo de fin de grado voy a estudiar las principales funciones adoptadas por los bancos nacionales de desarrollo en el entorno de la unión europea, centrándome en el caso del Instituto de Crédito Oficial (ICO) desde el año 2006 hasta la actualidad, y su perspectiva hasta el 2024, analizando su actuación ante las políticas de la UE1 a través del BEI2 donde el elemento central del plan de inversiones será el Fondo Europeo de Inversiones Estratégicas (EFSI) el cual ha sido el principal instrumento para apoyar la financiación, incentivar la inversión y promover la reactivación de la economía tras la crisis financiera. El estudio pretende examinar como ha contribuido el ICO a paliar y hacer frente a diferentes crisis, viendo las medidas llevadas a cabo tras la crisis financiera del 2008 y la crisis sanitaria provocada por el covid-19. Finalmente se estudian los propósitos de ayuda a nivel de banco de desarrollo de la UE.

ABSTRACT: This final degree Project studies the central functions adapted by the national develop banks on the European Union, focus on the case of ICO since 2006 to this days and analysing the future achievements to 2024, studying their European policies through the BEI institution where the central institution is the European fund for strategies investment, this plan is the principal financial support of the European economy, promoting the inversion and reactivating the economy after the financial crisis. This final project pretends to discover how the ICO institution help the national economy in different economy shock as the sanitary crisis in 2019 or the financial at 2008. Finally, this project studies the functions of financial help as national develop bank in the European union.
