Repercusiones de la pandemia originada por la COVID-19 en el sector hotelero cántabro

Abstract

Resumen: La elección de este trabajo surge debido a que en el comienzo de la pandemia trabajaba en el sector de la hostelería, en el cual he estado trabajando estos tres últimos años a la vez que lo compaginaba con los estudios. El objetivo de este trabajo es dar a conocer la situación y el impacto que ha dejado en el sector hostelero el COVID-19. Los resultados obtenidos plasman como dos bares de Santander han sobrevivido a la pandemia y como se han visto afectados. Para ello durante este trabajo también se hace hincapié en los efectos que ha dejado la pandemia en España y en Cantabria. El fin de este análisis es llegar al sector hostelero para poder mostrarles los efectos que ha tenido y dejado el COVID-19 y que tengan de ejemplo a dos bares de la ciudad de Santander. También con este trabajo se pretende dar a conocer la situación hostelera que está atravesando nuestro país para que de este modo la población sea consciente de ella.

Abstract: The choice of this job arises because at the beginning of the pandemic i was working in the hospitality sector, in which i have been working for the last three years while combining it with my studies. The objective of this work is to publicize the situation and the impact that COVID-19 has left in the hospitality sector. The results obtained show how two bars in Santander have survived the pandemic and how they have been affected. For this, during this work, emphasis is also placed on the effects that the pandemic has left in Spain and Cantabria. The purpose of this analysis is to reach the hospitality sector to be able to show them the effects that COVID-19 has had and left and that they have as an example two bars in the city of Santander. Also with this work it is intended to publicize the hospitality situation that our country is going through so that in this way the population is aware of it.
