El impacto de la COVID-19 en el sector turístico de Cantabria

Abstract

Resumen: Nos encontramos ante una situación excepcional debido a la pandemia del Covid-19 y todas las consecuencias que estamos viviendo. No solo en el ámbito sanitario se han notado estas consecuencias, sino que la mayoría de los sectores se han visto afectados. Uno de los sectores más perjudicados, por no decir el que más, ha sido el sector del turismo, más aún en un país como España, donde esta actividad es la principal fuente de ingresos y de empleo del país. El objetivo princip al de este trabajo es analizar el impacto que ha tenido la pandemia en este sector, más concretamente en Cantabria, apoyando dicho trabajo en datos concretos y diversos artículos que contrastan dicho impacto.

Abstract: We are facing an exceptional situation due to the Covid-19 pandemic and all the consequences we are experiencing. Covid-19 pandemic and all the consequences we are experiencing. Not only in the health sector have these consequences been felt, but most sectors have been affected. One of the most affected sectors, if not the most, has been the tourism sector, especially in a country like Spain, where this activity is the main source of income and employment in the country. The main objective of this work is to analyze the impact that the pandemic has had on this sector, more specifically in Cantabria, supporting this work with specific data and various articles that contrast this impact.
