A 3.5 GHz planar antenna system has been developed for transceiver applications. Two types of antennas have been designed with 14 dB of gain and high isolation between transmission and reception ports. The antenna structure is based on two microstrip patch arrays, one of them for the transmitter the other one for the receiver. Each patch is excited by a slot antenna coupled to a microstrip line. Antenna manufacturing is based on a combination of different substrates for microstrip lines and radiation elements.es_ES
