Tratamiento jurídico de la violencia escolar en niños/adolescentes

Abstract

RESUMEN: Este trabajo tiene por objeto revisar la incidencia del acoso escolar en los niños y adolescentes en nuestro país. Se aborda desde una perspectiva legal para los supuestos de hecho en que los actos que producen el acoso escolar sean constitutivos de delito. Igualmente se examinan los casos de menor importancia, los cuales van a ser resueltos por los mismos centros educativos donde se hayan producido. Y todo ello sin olvidar en ningún momento los aspectos sociales que son muchos y muy relevantes.

ABSTRACT: This university project is a deep study of bullying in children and teenagers in our country at this moment. In it, the legal perspective is going to be analyzed with the study of the acts of harassment which are considered felonies. Therefore, misdemeanor will be looked into, so as to the schools are the responsible for solving them. We ought to take into account the social aspects of this controversial question. This side of this matter is usually the hardest aspect of it.
