En el presente trabajo se pretende abordar la cuestión de la conveniencia o
no de mantener el actual sistema de legítimas español, así como del sentido que
en su caso, pudiera tener una posible modificación, explorando también la opción
de su supresión total.
This paper aims to answer the question of the convenience or not, of
maintaining the current system of legitimate Spanish, as well as the meaning that in
its case, could have a possible modification, also exploring the option of its total
suppression.
