RESUMEN: El objeto de este trabajo es interpretar la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios en España con relación con los daños provocados por las vacunas anti-COVID defectuosas, analizar la estrategia de vacunación que el país está siguiendo, así como conocer datos sobre los resultados que se están obteniendo para poder concluir si la vacuna es efectiva o no, y, en el hipotético caso de no ser, así distinguir ante quien se puede reclamar los daños y perjuicios ocasionados.
ABSTRACT:
The purpose of this paper is to interpret the Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users in Spain in relation to the damages caused by defective anti-COVID vaccines, to analyze the vaccination strategy that the country is following, as well as to obtain data on the results that are being obtained in order to conclude whether the vaccine is effective or not, and in the hypothetical case that it is not, to distinguish before whom the damages caused can be claimed.
