Evolución histórica de la protección de la libertad religiosa y los sentimientos religiosos en el constitucionalismo español

Abstract

RESUMEN: En este trabajo, observaremos, la protección que se le ha otorgado al fenómeno religioso en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico, desde el surgimiento del constitucionalismo en nuestro país. Estudiaremos cada momento clave en nuestra historia desde el S. XIX y observaremos como cada acontecimiento y cambio de régimen o cosmovisión influyó de alguna manera u otra en crear la protección jurídica de la que gozan hoy. Asimismo, veremos las diferencias que existen entre las distintas regulaciones de esta clase de delitos que se han sucedido

ABSTRACT: In this document, we are going to study the protection that our legal system has been provided to the religious phenomenon, since the emergence of constitutionalism in our country. We are going to analyze each key moment in our history since the 19th century and we are going to witness how each event and change of regime or worldview influenced in some way or another in creating the legal protection they enjoy today. Moreover, we are going to see the differences that exist between the different regulations of this class of felonies that have occurred
