En primer lugar, se hace referencia al fenómeno de la economía colaborativa y posteriormente se realizará un análisis de los elementos que conforman el trabajo dependiente, así como la nueva regulación (Real Decreto-ley 9/2021) sobre la presunción de laboralidad de los repartidores	es_ES
