La economía de plataformas: antecedentes y regulación actual

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente trabajo aborda el controvertido tema de laboralidad de los repartidores de plataformas tambien conocidos como “Riders”. En primer lugar, se hace referencia al fenómeno de la economía colaborativa y posteriormente se realizará un análisis de los elementos que conforman el trabajo dependiente, así como la nueva regulación (Real Decreto-ley 9/2021) sobre la presunción de laboralidad de los repartidores

ABSTRACT: This paper addresses the controversial issue of employment of platform delivery men also known as "Riders". In the first place, reference is made to the phenomenon of the collaborative economy and later an analysis of the elements that make up dependent work will be carried out, as well as the new regulation (Real Decreto-Ley 9/2021) on the presumption of employment of delivery men.
