Configuración y actualización de regulaciones en un sistema de control distribuido Honeywell

Abstract

RESUMEN: El objetivo principal de este proyecto es instalar un sistema de control distribuido Honeywell C300 y adecuar los lazos de regulación al nuevo sistema. Antes de este proyecto, estos lazos se controlaban desde sistemas Honeywell C200 y Foxboro Single Station Microcontrollers. Para cumplir con el objetivo de este proyecto será necesario realizar una serie de modificaciones de hardware y software. En lo que se refiere al software, se reconfiguraran todas las señales del Sistema, se integraran los reguladores PID al DCS, se crearan gráficos de control SCADA, se configuraran 5 anunciadores de alarma y por último se crearan puntos lógicos de control y secuencias de puesta en marcha/paro de instalaciones. Adicionalmente, se comprobarán si se pueden mejorar los parámetros de configuración de los PID para optimizar su respuesta, realizando un programa en Matlab, capaz de calcular unos parámetros más eficientes.

ABSTRACT: This project´s main objective is to install Honeywell C300 distributed control system and to adapt the regulation loops to the new system. Previously, these loops were controlled by Honeywell C200 systems and Foxboro Single Station Microcontrollers. To meet the objective of this project, modifications of hardware and software are necessary. In terms of software, every System´s signals will be reconfigured, the PID regulators will be integrated into the DCS, SCADA control graphics will be created, 5 alarm annunciators will be configured and finally, logical control points and start-up sequences will be created. Additionally, it will be checked if the configuration parameters of the PIDs could be improved to optimize their response, by conducting a program in Matlab, able of calculating more efficient parameters.
