RESUMEN: El siguiente proyecto trata sobre el “DISEÑO DE UN SISTEMA AUTOMATIZADO PARA EL PALETIZADO DE MANGUETAS EN CONTENEDORES DE ENVIO” El proceso de paletizado se pretende realizar en una celda robotizada después de la ejecución visual y limpieza de piezas por parte del operario de línea. Las manguetas se embalarán para envío en contenedores SLI1200 sobre bandeja termoconformada. Se paletizarán las manos derechas e izquierdas en contenedores distintos. Las bandejas sobre las que van colocadas las manguetas son idénticas para ambas manos, solo se distinguen por una franja de color en el borde de esta (azul en mano derecha y amarillo en mano izquierda) La celda robotizada se deberá encargar también del manejo de las bandejas hasta completar las capas necesarias por contenedor. La capacidad que tiene cada bandeja es de 20 piezas, y la altura máxima del contenedor es de 7 bandejas.
ABSTRACT: The following project deals with the "DESIGN OF AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM FOR THE PALLETIZING OF SPINDLES IN SHIPPING CONTAINERS". The palletizing process is intended to be carried out in a robotic cell after the visual execution and cleaning of parts by the line operator. The stub axles will be packed for shipment in SLI1200 containers on a thermoformed tray. The right and left hands will be palletized in different containers. The trays on which the spindles are placed are identical for both hands, they are only distinguished by a colored stripe on the edge of it (blue on the right hand and yellow on the left hand) The robotic cell should also be in charge of handling the trays until completing the necessary layers per-container.
