Turismo pet-friendly en Santander

Abstract

RESUMEN: El objetivo principal de este TFG es analizar si Santander puede considerarse una ciudad pet-friendly y los beneficios que dicha denominación aportan a una ciudad. El turismo con mascotas está en constante crecimiento y muchos países europeos llevan años desarrollándolo. En España, una gran cantidad de ciudades ya han adquirido esta denominación y han demostrado beneficiarse por ello. El hecho de poder o no viajar acompañado de mascotas, quienes cada vez son más fáciles de encontrar en los hogares de todo el mundo, se está convirtiendo en un motivo determinante a la hora de elegir un destino.

ABSTRACT: The main objective of this TFG is to analyse if Santander can be considered a pet-friendly city and the benefits that this denomination brings to a city. Pet tourism is constantly growing, and many European countries have been developing it for years. In Spain, a large number of cities have already acquired this denomination and have proven to benefit from it. The fact of being able or not to travel accompanied by pets, which are becoming more and more easy to find in homes around the world, is becoming a determining factor when choosing a destination.
