dc.description.abstract | A new sensing cell suitable for optical fibre gas sensors based on frequency modulation spectroscopy is presented. Its main improvement with respect to the traditional collimating-beam design in the reduction of interferometric noise in almost one order of magnitude without increasing insertion loss.
