RESUMEN: Vivimos en una época de grandes cambios tecnológicos que afectan necesariamente a las relaciones laborales, es por ello, que consideramos interesante realizar un análisis sobre los mismos, basándonos en las observaciones de varios autores especializados en este campo. Para llevar a cabo el presente estudio hemos tratado organizar este, mediante una estructura cronológica para una mayor comprensión y entendimiento de la evolución de la tecnología y como influye en las relaciones laborales desde el surgimiento de las primeras revoluciones industriales hasta nuestros días.
ABSTRACT: We live in a time of great technological changes that necessarily affect industrial relations, which is why we consider it interesting to carry out an analysis of these changes, based on the observations of various authors specializing in this field. In order to carry out this study, we have tried to organize it using a chronological structure for a greater understanding and comprehension of the evolution of technology and how it influences industrial relations from the emergence of the first industrial revolutions to the present day.
