No soy tu robot, soy tu enfermera

Abstract

RESUMEN: En la década de 1950, Alan Turing mejoró el vasto mundo de la inteligencia artificial con sus investigaciones y publicaciones, sorprendiendo al mundo entero y planteando la posibilidad muy real de que una máquina pudiera imitar la inteligencia humana. Hoy por hoy, en pleno siglo XXI, nos encontramos en la era de las tecnologías y de la información, caldo de cultivo idóneo para que la inteligencia artificial alcance su máximo esplendor en todos los campos de las artes y de las ciencias. Particularmente, la salud de las personas ha experimentado una revolución sin precedentes, que está destinada a marcar un cambio de época y esto queda reflejado en las ciencias del ser humano. Como todo el mundo sabe, la enfermería ocupa ese lugar privilegiado entorno a la figura de la persona, pues es la única ciencia que ha logrado hacer de los cuidados humanos una profesión científica. Las enfermeras han existido desde el comienzo de la humanidad, enfrentándose a la crueldad de la sociedad en muchas ocasiones por reconocimiento, y una vez más, ante la gran agitación que promueve la inteligencia artificial, son muchos los que consideran que podremos prescindir de su labor en el futuro, naciendo así un nuevo capítulo de la historia de la enfermería. La pregunta es, ¿podrán realmente los robots sustituir a las enfermeras?

ABSTRACT: In the 1950s, Alan Turing improved the vast world of artificial Intelligence with his researches and publications, surprising the whole world and stating the very real choice for a machine to imitate human Intelligence. Nowadays, in the 21st century, we live in the age of information and technologies, which is the perfect scenario for artificial Intelligence to reach its greatest splendor in every single field from arts and sciences. Particularly, people´s health has experimented anever before seen revolution, guided to make a change of epoque and this is reflected in human being´s health. Everybody knows that Nursing holds this privilegied place around people´s figures, due to it is the only science that has ever created a proffesion from the human health care. Nurses have existed since humanity was born, facing the cruelty from society from a long time just for recognition, once again because of the great excitement of artificial Intelligence, it is said that we could get rid of his task in the future, creating a new chapter in the nursing history. The main question is, will robots really replace nurses?
