Auditoría energética de un edificio

Abstract

RESUMEN: El objeto del presente proyecto es el de realizar una auditoría energética en un edificio existente en la Comunidad de Madrid. El edificio objeto de estudio está compuesto por dos partes bien diferenciadas. En primer lugar, tenemos una parte destinada a oficinas y, por otro lado, tenemos otra parte destinada a talleres y almacenes. En este proyecto se realizará un análisis detallado de las instalaciones del edificio anteriormente mencionado, con el fin de obtener un desglose de los consumos de la instalación para posteriormente evaluar, proponer y analizar alternativas de ahorro de energía y la viabilidad económica de las mismas. Lo que se pretende con este proyecto es, en primer lugar, analizar el funcionamiento de la instalación y sus equipos consumidores; Identificar el potencial de ahorro de energía en aquellas instalaciones que sea posible y, por último, identificar y evaluar tanto técnica como económicamente las alternativas viables. Entre las medidas de ahorro energético que se van a proponer, se va a estudiar el implantar energías renovables para satisfacer parte de la demanda energética. Con todo ello, se obtiene el comportamiento energético del centro, así como de sus posibilidades de ahorro.

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this project is to carry out an energy audit in an existing building in the Community of Madrid. The building under study is composed of two differentiated parts. First of all, we have a section for offices and, on the other hand, we have another area for workshops and warehouses. In this project, a detailed analysis of the facilities of the aforementioned building has been carried out, in order to obtain a breakdown of the consumption of the installation in order to subsequently evaluate, propose and analyze energy saving alternatives and their economic viability. What is intended with this project is, firstly, to analyze the operation of the installation and its consumer equipment; Identify the potential for energy savings in those facilities and, finally, identify and evaluate both technically and economically viable alternatives. Among the energy saving measures that have been proposed, is the implementation of renewable energy to meet part of the energy demand. With all this, the energy behavior of the center is obtained, as well as its saving opportunities.
