Análisis de viabilidad de una posada rural temática en la localidad de Santiurde de Toranzo

Abstract

RESUMEN: El propósito del presente proyecto es estudiar la viabilidad de una posada rural con ambiente y diseño interior temático situado en la localidad de Santiurde de Toranzo (Cantabria). Nuestro proyecto será el resultado de la reforma de una antigua casa del año 1922. El exterior del edificio guardará la estética de los edificios de la zona y el interior contará con habitaciones dobles e individuales ambientadas en la temática western o del cine americano. En el trabajo se realizará un estudio de todos los aspectos que hay que tener en cuenta antes de la puesta en marcha de un negocio de estas características. Se realizará un análisis de viabilidad en el que se abordarán todos los aspectos técnicos, comerciales, económicos y financieros del negocio. Se aplicarán las técnicas del VAN y el TIR para evaluar la rentabilidad de la inversión realizada. Por último, se realizará una conclusión en base al análisis previo realizado y se decidirá la viabilidad del proyecto.

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this project is to study the viability of a rural inn with thematic design located in the town of Santiurde de Toranzo (Cantabria), specifically in the Valles Pasiegos and half an hour from the coast. This initiative arises from the need to create new experiences that do not exist in the area of implantation. Our hotel complex will promote tourism in this area. Our rural hotel will be composed of a renovated house from 1922. The outside of a building will keep the esthetic of the buildings in the area and the inside of the building will have double and single rooms set in western or American cinema themes. The project will carry out a study of all the aspects that must be taken into account before starting a business with these characteristics. A feasibility analysis will be carried out in which all the technical, commercial, economic and financial aspects of the business will be addressed. The NPV and IRR techniques will be applied to evaluate the profitability of the investment made. Finally, a conclusion will be made based on the previous analysis carried out and the viability of the project will be decided.
