Análisis del sector energético en España en el marco del desarrollo sostenible

Abstract

RESUMEN: El sector de la energía es uno de los principales motores de la economía española, generando una importante repercusión sobre el medio ambiente. En el caso de España, el sector energético se sustenta principalmente de energías no renovables, siendo de vital importancia impulsar una transición hacia energías más limpias. En este contexto, el principal objetivo de este Trabajo Fin de Grado es analizar la evolución del sector energético en España en el marco del desarrollo sostenible. El análisis realizado muestra que la dependencia de energías no renovables sigue siendo muy alta debido a que es complicado sustituir este tipo de energías en ciertos sectores como, por ejemplo, el sector transporte e incluso el propio sector energético. Asimismo, la falta de conocimiento acerca de las energías renovables y el coste que conlleva su implantación dificulta en gran medida la transición. Si bien, en los últimos años se están estableciendo diferentes medidas políticas y económicas para facilitar el desarrollo de las energías renovables de forma que este tipo de energías se postulen como una alternativa real a las energías no renovables. En este sentido se observa un cambio significativo en la evolución y desarrollo de las energías renovables, aunque aún queda mucho camino por delante.

ABSTRACT: The energy sector is one of the main drivers of the Spanish economy, generating an important impact on the environment. In the case of Spain, the energy sector is mainly based on non-renewable energies, being of vital importance to promote a transition towards cleaner energies. In this context, the main objective of this Final Degree Project is to analyse the evolution of the energy sector in Spain within the framework of sustainable development. The analysis shows that the dependence on non-renewable energies is still very high because it is difficult to replace this type of energy in certain sectors such as, for example, the transport sector and even the energy sector itself. Also, the lack of knowledge about renewable energies and the cost of their implementation greatly hinders the transition. In recent years different political and economic measures are being established to facilitate the development of renewable energies so that this type of energy could be postulated as a real alternative to non-renewable energies. In this sense, there is a significant change in the evolution and development of renewable energies, although there is still a long way to go.
