El derecho a conocer los orígenes biológicos

Abstract

RESUMEN: En este trabajo de fin de máster se investiga sobre el derecho a conocer los orígenes biológicos desde varios puntos de vista: hijos naturales, hijos adoptivos e hijos nacidos a través de técnicas de reproducción asistida. Con especial consideración a estos últimos y al tratamiento que se les da en el Ordenamiento Jurídico Español.

ABSTRACT: This end-of-master work investigates about the right to know biological origins from different points of view: regular childs, adoptive childs and childs born thanks to assisted reproductive thecnics. With an special consideration to the last one and the legal regime that they have in Spain.
