Literatura y educación en valores: el problema de la utilización de la obra literaria como instrumento

Abstract

Ante la evidencia de la utilización de las obras literarias como medio de enseñanza de valores, el artículo reflexiona sobre esta realidad. Tiene en cuenta la diferencia de considerar las obras desde un punto de vista estrictamente positivista o desde la estética de la recepción. Continúa desarrollando la idea de que la estética de la recepción se hizo necesaria, precisamente, ante la pérdida de referencia de los valores inherentes a la obra. Desarrolla los conceptos de la estética de la recepción que hacen referencia al lector y se pregunta finalmente hasta qué punto se puede llegar en la utilización de la obra literaria y si es legítimo, para conseguir los fines didácticos, dejar al lector sin libertad de elección y crítica.

Before the evidence of the utilization of the literary works as way of education of values, the article thinks about this reality. It bears the difference in mind of considering the works from a strictly positivist point of view or from the aesthetics of the receipt. It continues developing the idea of that the aesthetics of the receipt made to itself necessary, precisely, before the loss of reference to values that suppose the classic works. It develops the concepts of the aesthetics of the receipt that refer to the reader, and beyond to the freedom of the reader and he asks finally up to what point it is possible to come in the utilization of the literary work and if it is legitimate, to obtain the didactic ends, to leave the reader without freedom of choice and critique.
