Complejo rural de los Valles Pasiegos en la vieja estación de La Engaña

Abstract

RESUMEN: A lo largo de este Trabajo de Fin de Grado analizaremos en primer lugar, la historia del Túnel de la Engaña pudiendo así conocer el proyecto que hace años se puso en marcha y el motivo de porque se paralizó su construcción y así ponernos en situación. La localización de dicho Túnel se encuentra en los Valles Pasiegos, en el municipio de La Vega de Pas concretamente en la localidad de Yera. En segundo lugar, se planteará el proyecto para llevar a cabo la creación de un alojamiento turístico en los antiguos barracones de los presos republicanos que se encuentran situados en un entorno rural, estudiando punto por punto: el mercado en el cual conoceremos e identificaremos los servicios; el tipo de clientes que acudirá a nuestro alojamiento; la competencia; el plan económico-financiero y la viabilidad del proyecto que nos detallará si es viable o no… haremos hincapié en las leyes de energía renovables pues nuestra empresa hará uso de ellas.

ABSTRACT: Throughout this Final Degree Project we will analyze first of all, the history of the Túnel de la Engaña, in order to know the project that years ago was launched and the reason why its construction was paralyzed and thus put us in situation. The location of this tunnel is in the Pasiegos Valleys, in the municipality of La Vega de Pas, specifically in the town of Yera. Secondly, the project to carry out the creation of a tourist accommodation in the former barracks of the republican prisoners located in a rural environment will be raised, studying point by point: the market in which we will know and identify the services; the type of customers who will come to our accommodation; the competition; the economic-financial plan and the feasibility of the project that will detail whether it is viable or not ... we will emphasize the renewable energy laws because our company will make use of them.
