Las parejas de hecho y el acceso a la pensión de viudedad

Abstract

RESUMEN: La constitución de un vínculo entre dos personas para crear una vida en común ha evolucionado hasta la aceptación ya no solo del matrimonio, si no de otros diversos modelos de unión entre personas de igual o distinto sexo. Dentro de este trabajo nos ocuparemos del estudio de las parejas de hecho, de las leyes que le son aplicables, los derechos y deberes que les afectan durante la convivencia, además de las consecuencias tras el cese de esta, y trataremos el problema que suscita la pensión viudedad que se reconoce para los cónyuges supérstites.

ABSTRACT: The constitution of a bond between two people to create a life in common has evolved until the acceptance not only of marriage, but of other diverse models of union between people of the same or different sex. Within this work we will deal with the study of common-law couples, the laws that are applicable to them, the rights, and duties that they conceive during the coexistence, as well as the consequences after the cessation of this, and we will deal with the problem that raises the compensatory pension that is recognized for surviving spouses.
