Derechos de los menores transexuales

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo fundamental comenzar por otorgar una explicación sobre la situación de las personas trans, en concreto vamos a hacer referencia a los menores, estableciendo un contexto histórico y desarrollando su evolución normativa. Este colectivo ha sufrido a lo largo de la historia rechazo y opresión, de forma que, incluso, se ha visto excluido tanto de la normativa internacional como de la nacional. Sin embargo, gracias a la visibilidad que se ha ido dando a este tema por medio de la lucha de los diferentes colectivos pretendo abordar las distintas normativas que han ido estipulando y su evolución, llegando a la comparación legislativa de otros países con el nuestro.

ABSTRACT: The aim of this study is to give an explanation about trans people, focusing on underage persons, establishing a historical context and developing its normative. Trans collective has suffered for centuries rejection and oppression, in fact for this reasons there was an invisibilization which produce a normative passivity, both international and national. However, due to the beginning of the fights by this collective the normative its starts to increase and I pretend to explain these legal frameworks and make a normative comparative between different countries.
