Un sistema online para revisar trabajos científicos

Abstract

RESUMEN: Los artículos científicos son uno de los últimos pasos de la investigación ya que informan a la comunidad científica de los resultados obtenidos. Para facilitar y mejorar la calidad de este tipo de publicaciones, este proyecto plantea construir un sistema web que permita a los investigadores enviar sus artículos científicos a otros expertos para que estos últimos puedan comentarlos y revisarlos antes de su publicación. El sistema permite a los expertos que revisan trabajos científicos darse de alta en el sistema, publicitar sus líneas de investigación, su CV, honorarios para revisar trabajos y el tiempo estimado en generar un informe razonado de los trabajos que revisan. De este modo, cualquier investigador que esté registrado en el sistema tendrá a su alcance la posibilidad de elegir un experto cuya trayectoria investigadora le garantice una revisión de sus trabajos en un plazo de tiempo y bajo unas condiciones económicas deseadas.

ABSTRACT: Scientific articles are one of the last steps in research since they inform the scientific community of the results obtained. To facilitate and improve the quality of this type of publications, this project proposes to build a web system that allows researchers to send their scientific articles to other experts so that they can comment on them and review them before publication. The system allows experts who review scientific papers to register in the system, advertise their lines of research, their CV, fees for reviewing papers and the estimated time to generate a reasoned report of the papers they review. In this way, any researcher who is registered in the system will be able to choose an expert whose research trajectory guarantees a review of his or her work within the desired time frame and under the desired economic conditions.
