El régimen jurídico de los animales : Especial referencia a la guarda y custodia

Abstract

RESUMEN: Es objeto del presente trabajo el estudio del actual tratamiento jurídico de los animales domésticos o mascotas, realizando una comparativa con la considera-ción que ostentaban antiguamente, haciendo especial referencia a la situación en la que se encuentran ante las crisis matrimoniales.

ABSTRACT: The point of this work is the study of the current legal treatment over pets, making up a comparison with the previous treatment, with a special reference to the way pets areaffected by marital crisis.
