Abstract

RESUMEN: El objetivo principal de la siguiente investigación consiste en analizar las necesidades de los menores tutelados y la respuesta del sistema social y educativo, estableciendo buenas prácticas. Para ello, fueron diseñados tres modelos de entrevistas: una dirigida a dos docentes de diferentes centros educativos; otra realizada a cuatro educadores sociales; y una última entrevista planteada para dos adultos que durante su infancia fueron menores tutelados por el Estado. Los resultados obtenidos confirman que existe un desconocimiento manifiesto de la materia por parte de los docentes a la hora de trabajar con los NASEF1, fundamentado por la falta de formación en la materia. Del mismo modo, se ha podido verificar que los procesos de coordinación entre los diferentes agentes implicados no responden a las necesidades de estos, ya que esta se basa en aspectos meramente académicos, dejando de lado el plano emocional, afectivo y social. Por último, los adultos que durante su infancia fueron tutelados por el Estado, destacan que el trabajo realizado por parte de los servicios sociales empieza de forma tardía, basando su trabajo en proporcionar un entorno seguro, olvidándose de la educación emocional. Finalmente, se busca que la investigación proporcione nuevas herramientas que ayuden a los profesionales a dar una respuesta de calidad a las necesidades de estos niños y niñas, y que fomente el trabajo coordinado entre los diferentes profesionales.

ABSTRACT: The main objective of the following research is to analyze the needs of tutored minors and the response of the social and educational system, establishing good practices. For this, three models of interviews were designed: one directed to two teachers from different educational centers; another made to four social educators; and a final interview for two adults who were minors in the care of the State during their childhood. The results obtained confirm that there is a manifest lack of knowledge of the subject on the teachers’ side when working with the NASEF, based on the lack of training in the subject. In the same way, it has been possible to verify that the coordination processes between the different agents involved do not respond to their needs, since it is based on purely academic aspects, leaving aside the emotional, affective and social level. Finally, the adults who during their childhood were tutored by the State, highlight that the work carried out by the social services begins late, basing their work on providing a safe environment, forgetting about emotional education. Finally, it is intended that the research provides new tools that help professionals to give a quality response to the needs of these children, and to encourages coordinated work between the different professionals.
