El auge del capital riesgo frente a la bolsa tradicional

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo el estudio del auge que ha experimentado la metodología de inversión conocida como capital riesgo durante los últimos años. Se tratarán las cuestiones sobre este tema desde un punto de vista objetivo, explicando detalladamente qué es, como funciona y que implicación tiene en las empresas de nuestro país. Se analizará su evolución durante los últimos años en base a documentos e informes oficiales elaborados por instituciones reconocidas, de tal forma que se pueda entender cuál ha sido la evolución reciente del capital riesgo. En adición, se estudiará la financiación de las empresas mediante la Bolsa tradicional y se comparará esta con el capital riesgo, poniendo énfasis en la evolución que han presentado ambos métodos de financiación y su posible relación.

ABSTRACT: The aim of this work is to study the rise that the investment methodology known as private capital has experienced in recent years. The questions on this subject will be dealt with from an objective point of view, explaining in detail what it is, how it works and what implication it has in the enterprises of our country. Its evolution in recent years will be analysed based on official documents and reports prepared by recognized institutions, in such a way that it is possible to understand what the recent evolution of private capital has been. In addition, the financing of companies through the traditional Stock Market will be studied and it will be compared with private capital, emphasizing the evolution that both financing methods have presented and their possible relationship
