El trabajador autónomo económicamente dependiente

Abstract

Resumen: Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado (TFG) ha sido realizado en la titulación Administración y Dirección de empresas en la Universidad de Cantabria. En el voy a realizar un detallado y específico análisis, que va a tratar sobre el Trabajador Autónomo económicamente dependiente. La definición de los TRADE tiene únicamente un cliente, del que depende con el 75% de los ingresos que recibe de este, sin poder tener contratados a su cargo. Esta figura ha ido evolucionando a lo largo del tiempo, logrando conseguir mejoras en las condiciones, además de mayor protección de la que tenían que no era mucha.

Abstract: This Final Degree Project (TFG) has been carried out in the Business Administration and Management degree at the University of Cantabria. In it I will carry out a detailed and specific analysis, which will deal with the economically dependent Self-Employed Worker. The definition of TRADE has only one client, on whom it depends with 75% of the income it receives from this, without being able to have contracted at its own expense. This figure has evolved over time, achieving improvements in conditions, in addition to greater protection than they had, which was not much.
