RESUMEN: Existen diferentes formas de operar en los mercados financieros con los que poder obtener una rentabilidad, en las últimas décadas el trading algorítmico ha supuesto una revolución en el mundo de la inversión. Cada vez es más utilizado por inversores particulares, con el objetivo de eliminar la subjetividad y las emociones del trader a la hora de invertir. El objetivo principal de este trabajo es construir una estrategia rentable mediante el lenguaje de programación R. Para ello repasaremos los principios básicos del Análisis Técnicos, junto con una revisión de los indicadores más conocidos. Los cuales combinaremos con una serie de normas con el objetivo construir la estrategia. Después, realizaremos un backtest de dicha estrategia con diferentes activos con datos temporales de 4 horas. Por último, los filtraremos escogiendo los mejores activos en los que operar y analizaremos los resultados.
ABSTRACT: There are different ways of operating in the financial markets to get a return. in the last decades, the algorithmics trading has been a revolution in the investment world. Now it`s more used by particular investors, the goal is deleting the subjectivity and the trader`s emotions when they invest. The main objective of this work is to build a profitable strategy using the R programming language. To do this we will review the basic principles of Technical Analysis together with a review of the most well-known indicators. These will be combined with a set of rules with the aim of building the strategy. Next, we will perform a backtest of that strategy with different assets with 4-hour time data. Finally, we’ll sort them by choosing the best assets in which to trade and analyze the results.
