La adaptación persona-entorno en el sector público

Abstract

Resumen: La adecuación persona-entorno tiene una gran importancia dentro del sector público y de las empresas, motivo por el cual es fundamental situar la accesibilidad universal dentro del marco de la Responsabilidad Social Corporativa y de la Agenda 2030. Con esto se evaluará cómo afectan estos cambios en las corporaciones públicas. Con el fin de saber el recorrido que ha llevado a la accesibilidad a ser un pilar fundamental para muchas empresas, se examinará la evolución de la normativa en España y la normativa actual nacional y europea, así como criterios básicos para llevar a cabo una buena accesibilidad. Finalmente, para plasmar toda la información y conocer las prácticas actuales, se analizará mediante la investigación de mercados (externa y propia) si realmente existen mejoras en la edificación pública, asimismo la involucración u opinión de ciudadanos en cuanto a políticos. Además, saber cuáles son los principales problemas de este asunto y las acciones llevadas a cabo para resolverlos.

Abstract: The person-environment adaptation takes great place in the public sector and the company’s environment, that´s why it´s important to emphasize the role of universal accessibility within the area of Corporate Social Responsibility and the 2030 Agenda. This will assess how these changes affect the public corporations. In order to know the journey that has led to accessibility being a fundamental pillar for many companies, one of the goals of this study is to show the evolution of the rules and regulations in Spain as well as in Europe and their current legislations, with the aim of make places more accessible. Eventually, to gather all the information and to know the current practices, it will be analyzed through market research (external and internal) whether there are really improvements in public buildings and the involvement or opinion of citizens in terms of politicians. Furthermore, to know what the main problems of this issue and the actions are taken to solve them.
