| dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN: En las organizaciones de hoy en día es fundamental tener un área de almacenamiento óptimo para poder tener un buen funcionamiento en la empresa. La importancia de una gestión eficiente y eficaz en esta área es esencial para realizar una buena planificación y control de los materiales que se utilizan en el proceso productivo. El objetivo de este Trabajo de Fin de Grado es el análisis de la gestión del almacén de una empresa. Para ello, exponemos la situación de una empresa real localizada en Cantabria llamada Mecanizados Ruiz Genaro. Esta empresa se encuentra en el sector metalúrgico y se dedica al mecanizado, construcción, reparación y montaje de piezas. Una vez se haya analizado la situación actual de la empresa, se determinarán los puntos débiles o de mejora del respectivo almacén y con ello se tendrán en cuenta diferentes alternativas que mejoren el control y la administración de esta parte de la empresa. Las alternativas son la implantación del ERP “SQL PYME” que permita un reajuste del orden de almacenamiento de los materiales y la utilización de estanterías dinámicas FIFO con la utilización del sistema Kanban. Ambas alternativas que se proponen tendrán una valoración respecto al coste de la propia inversión, las reducciones de los tiempos de demora que existan en el almacén y la reducción de los posibles errores. Debido al análisis y valoración de las propuestas, la implantación del ERP es la propuesta que tiene mejores condiciones para Mecanizados Ruiz Genaro dado que supone un menor coste, es una herramienta conocida por la empresa y porque reduce los tiempos de demora y de recorrido que son ineficientes y consigue minimizar los errores de la gestión fortaleciendo a la empresa a tener un área más optima.
ABSTRACT: In today's organisations it is essential to have an optimal storage area to have a good performance in the company. The importance of efficient and effective management in this area is essential for good planning and control of the materials used in the production process. The aim of this Final Degree Project is to analyse the management of a company's warehouse. To do so, we present the situation of a real company located in Cantabria called Mecanizados Ruiz Genaro. This company is in the metallurgical sector and is dedicated to the machining, construction, repair, and assembly of parts. Once the current situation of the company has been analysed, the weak or improvement points of the respective warehouse will be determined, and different alternatives will be considered to improve the control and administration of this part of the company.
The alternatives are the implementation of the ERP "SQL PYME" which allows for a readjustment of the storage order of the materials and the use of dynamic FIFO shelving with the use of the Kanban system. Both alternatives proposed will be evaluated in terms of the cost of the investment itself, the reductions in the delay times that exist in the warehouse and the reduction of possible errors. Due to the analysis and evaluation of the proposals, the implementation of the ERP is the proposal that has the best conditions for Mecanizados Ruiz Genaro because it involves a lower cost, it is a tool known by the company and because it reduces the delay and travel times that are inefficient and manages to minimise management errors, strengthening the company to have a more optimal area. | es_ES |
