Efectos de la implantación obligatoria del registro de jornada : análisis y evolución

Abstract

Resumen: El presente trabajo surge tras el revuelo ocasionado por la aparición de una nueva obligatoriedad: el registro de la jornada laboral, y con el fin de averiguar cómo han transcurrido los primeros meses tras la implantación del Real Decreto-ley 8/2019, de 8 de marzo, de medidas urgentes de protección social y de lucha contra la precariedad laboral en la jornada de trabajo.

Abstract: The present work arises after the stir caused by the onset of a new obligation: the registration of the working day, and in order to find out how the first months have passed after the implementation of Royal Decree-Law 8/2019, of 8 March; which implements urgent measures of social protection, fighting against job insecurity in the working hours.
