RESUMEN: Pretender abordar la problemática de que la pobreza, tanto histórica como
cuantitativamente, requiere una sumersión a una forma de relacionarse el ser humano
en el entorno. Un mal endémico que siempre ha asolado al ser humano y que aún con
la llegada del capitalismo y el progreso no se ha conseguido erradicar. Un camino que
comienza en los albores de una revolución industrial y que pretende encontrar
soluciones antagónicas para un mal común. La adopción de la conciencia política y la
necesidad de un Estado corrector pretenden finalizar con la pobreza; sin embargo,
solamente la fragmentó reduciendo todo a múltiples variables que afectan a numerosos
grupos que comparten ciertas características comunes: el género, la edad biológica, el
sector, etc. … La pobreza no solamente afecta sobre las cuestiones materiales de quién
la sufre, sino que existe rechazo hacia aquel que la padece si bien no fuese perseguido
dependiendo el contexto histórico del pobre. Durante el primer bloque utilizamos la
historiografía diferenciando en su método histórico las diferentes etapas: definición y
delimitación del tema, para ello nos basaremos en el método heurístico (la cuestión de
la pobreza desde la revolución industrial hasta nuestros días); analizaremos las fuentes;
y para finalizar realizaremos una síntesis historiográfica. En el segundo bloque haremos
hincapié en la estadística descriptiva e inferencial, nos serviremos de un conjunto de
datos y extraeremos las conclusiones pertinentes.
ABSTRACT: To address the problem of poverty, both historically and quantitatively, requires an immersion in a way of relating to the human being in the environment. An endemic evil that has always plagued the human being and that even with the arrival of capitalism and progress has not been eradicated. A path that begins at the dawn of an industrial revolution and that seeks to find antagonistic solutions to a common evil. The adoption of political awareness and the need for a corrective State pretend to put an end to poverty; however, it only fragmented it by reducing everything to multiple variables that affect numerous groups that share certain common characteristics: gender, biological age, sector, etc. ... Poverty does not only affect the material issues of those who suffer it, but there is also rejection towards those who suffer it, even if they were not persecuted depending on the historical context of the poor. During the first block we will use historiography differentiating in its historical method the different stages: definition and delimitation of the subject, for this we will be based on the heuristic method (the question of poverty from the industrial revolution to the present day); we will analyze the sources; and finally, we will make a historiographic synthesis. In the second block we will emphasize descriptive and inferential statistics, we will use a set of data and we will draw the pertinent conclusions.
